I just came from a run, so unless you want me all sweaty while we have breakfast, I'm going to have to at least shower.

[It might not be THAT gross but Jack's not gonna complain.

And it might be slightly less than an hour when there's a horn honking outside of Sam's place and a Jack leaning against the car with his sunglasses down against the evil, evil sun, but Jack's cool with waiting.]

[It's a good thing that Sam's pretty much ready to go by the time the car pulls up outside then.

He's still feeling a bit out of it because of last night, but the jog and the shower both helped clear his head up a bit. Breakfast should be just what he needed to bounce back completely.]

[Surprise surprise Jack's driven himself today, apparently gotten away from the guards for the day.

Not quite as much, and I'm more of a morning person, you know that.

[Sam manages to catch Jack long enough to give him a companionable pat on the back before he's back on his side of the car.

He slips inside and closes the door, making sure to buckle up. The lack of guards makes him wonder, but he figures that means he'll just have to be extra vigilant to keep Jack out of trouble.]

I hear you. Still had to get used to it when I was with the US Air Force though so my body just wakes me up sometimes and won't go back to sleep.

And nah, not really. Greasy breakfast food is probably the way to go today.
