[The address wasn't far from where he was -- he'd only need one bamf to get there. He visualized the building, appearing a little to the side of the walkway up to it in a puff of smoke. In case Sam missed that, he pulled out his phone and texted back.]

[ Sam had actually been watching from inside, eyes widening at the way Kurt just appeared from out of nowhere. He hurries outside, still tugging a jacket on. ]

Whoa, what the -- that was awesome, how'd you do that?

[ His expression's bright, wondering, and it's all he can do to keep himself from bombarding Kurt with questions. No need to overwhelm the guy, right? ]
