Yep, totally possible. Cake decorating's gotten pretty damn awesome in recent years. :) See the top? It kinda looks all custard-y to me, but sometimes you won't be able to tell until someone cuts a slice.
It looks an art to my eye now, with easily it can fool a person as to what it is! It is truly beautiful, do people not feel terrible for eating it next?
Sometimes it's a little difficult to convince yourself to eat something that looks so good, but that's what it's for, you know? The person who made it wants people to be able to enjoy not just how it looks, but also how it tastes.
Otherwise, it's kind of a moot point, you know? It's food. It's still meant to be eaten in the end.
