INCENTIVE/FIT: Sam's incentive would be guaranteed safety for his family from any enemies he might make working with Steve Rogers and/or SHIELD and from just being a do-gooder in general. He's not one to worry when it's his safety in question - in fact, he's shown to make split-second decisions in cases like that, such as when he chose to take a leap of faith and help Steve and Natasha when they showed up on his doorstep fleeing from HYDRA. However, he's very concerned about the safety of others, and this would extend to his family, who he'd feel would be in danger with the new target on his back.

As for how well he would fit in Eudio, Sam is a very personable, warm kind of guy. He cares about people, and he exudes that kind of affability that extends to easy physical affection, whether that means clapping someone on the back or just offering a shoulder to lean on. He's also a good looking guy (which he seems aware of), and he gives off a charming, flirtatious vibe with people he likes. He isn't shown to have a significant other in canon, so he likely wouldn't have a lot of qualms about getting into physically intimate relationships while in Eudio.

ANYTHING ELSE? Sam was a pararescue jumper (meaning he's been trained in field medicine) and soldier, so he's pretty badass even without the wingpack he uses to fly around (which is good because it got pretty torn up the last time he wore it). He's also got excellent aim with a gun and can keep up with the likes of Captain America and the Black Widow. Now that he's out of the military, he works as a counselor at the VA, handling group therapy sessions and the like.
